Left bumper will switch through available enemy targets
Right Trigger + Left bumper will switch among friendly targets

As for the D-Pad, Up = Previous Action Bar, Down = Next Action Bar, Left = Map, Right = Bags.

The Thumb Sticks allow you to move (Left Thumb), look (Right Thumb), auto run (Left Thumb button), jump (Right Thumb button).

From the program Preferences you can change the mouse look and cursor move sensitivity, change the button and stick layouts.

With WoW360 you will also be able to control your pet and via the Assist Mode, target and assist your party members.
