Browsing along daily we stumble upon countless resources we avoid because they are in a different language or that we just don't understand. Now here is a little app that makes it possible within your favorite browser Google Chrome.
With a name as suggestive, the application provides either single word translation or definition depending on your language preferences. Unlike situations where you have to bring up a new tab, Word Translator will provide translations on the same page conveniently.
Word Translator has a simple functionality: all you have to do is double click on a word to select it and be provided automatically with either translation or definition.
From the Options panel you can setup the dictionary language, opt whether to translate or not, pop-up definitions and / or use the address bar dictionary.
As with most extensions, Word Translator is very small, unobtrusive and accessible from the browser's toolbar. Give it a try and see how quickly you will be able to view translations and definitions.
