The feature that makes Wave Editor a really special sound editing software is what the developers call "Non-destructive editing". That means that when you edit an audio file the application will not overwrite the file, but will instead make what you might call "simulated changes", working on a temporary copy of your audio file.
Wave Editor will provide almost every basic editing operation like copy, cut, paste or delete, it will allow you to fade in or out, to insert silence, to normalize the sound, to amplify with peak limiter, to reverse or invert the sound, to save selected fragments and even to export to .wav or .mp3 file formats. This convenient sound editing tool will also provide you with a simple selection of audio blocks during playback.
Wave Editor supports a wide array of audio formats like mp3, wma, wav etc. and will allow you to open audio files that go to as much as 2GB in file size. The application will also automatically check for updates and integration with ease with other audio tools.
