URL Shrink Easy is a very simple yet very efficient tool. It will allow you to transform those sometime unending long links into tiny URLs.

URL Shrink Easy is an add-on for probably the most popular internet browser in the world today: Mozilla Firefox. It works with any version of Firefox, from 2.0 to 8.0a1. The software comes with two built-in providers: TinyURL and Bitly.

URL Shrink Easy is designed to offer users a quick way to get their links shrunk. It is a very easy to use tool even for absolute beginners. Simply right click on the link and press on "QuickShirnk with TinyURL". The shrunken URL will then be copied to your clipboard and you will have easy access to it by using the "paste" option. You may also use the settings to select where do you want the application to be displayed (in the status bar or / and in the URL bar), or to select hotkeys that will offer you even quicker access to this convenient tool.

If you ever wanted to post a link on Twitter and couldn't because of the limited number of characters, or if you just want to hide some links then URL Shrink Easy is the perfect solution for you. It is easy to use, completely compatible with Firefox and absolutely free.
