TeraCopy provides a smart, easy to use application designed to replace the built-in Windows copy function. It does so at the maximum possible speed as well as using a compact, intuitive interface. You can now pause and resume and view transfer progress. You can set it up to close itself after the transfer is complete or run test / shutdown the computer. File replace settings are also available and you can integrate TeraCopy in Total Commander and Directory Opus.
