Tauron - neat, handy and free web server written in java.

Tauron is a simple and reliable free web server, full written in java, able to manage document sources in an easy way and with a minimal configuration.

In the latest release Tauron supports:

- Static sources (HTML)
- SERVLET sources
- CGI sources
- Access control (authorization) selectable on sources
- SSL (requires JRE >= 1.4)
- Persistent connections (HTTP 1.1)
- Thread pool allocated on HTTP requests.

Other features:

- It's easy, just a few configuration lines and everything works.
- It's fast, the thread pool manages HTTP requests at a high speed.
- It's light, just a few classes of code of implementation and a few memory used.
- It's free, so just download, install and use it.
