The Android operating system is widely used nowadays on devices such as smart phones, netbooks, tablet computers, Google TV. Smart phones in particular are the new sensation that has taken the mobile phone market by storm. While many applications have been developed for Android powered phones, there are still shortcomings consisting in the drivers itself but also in utilities designed for file management as they tend to be much too cluttered. If all you need to do is transfer multimedia files from your PC to your Android phone, here is a more suitable app.

What is Synx ?

Synx is a free, lite tool that allows users to synchronize media files from their PC to their Android phone in a very simple and efficient manner. No need to run a file manager, Synx takes care of all media transfers.

Using it is quite easy, plug-in your phone to the PC, then proceed to select which media folder you wish to share and input the path (for example C:\Users\Example\Music). Input the Android Device Drive (for example I:\) and hit SYNX!

You can synchronize up to 4 different folders from the program's interface (not folder depth) for Music, Videos, Movies and Pictures directories.

Synx provides a simple solution for all Android phone users. Note that synchronization works both ways, files will be copied on your PC if there are present in the root directory of the mobile phone.

The application is barely in its infancy and we are looking further development.

Synx works on multiple versions of Windows including XP, Vista and 7; it does require you to have .Net framework 4 installed on your system.

Synx leaves a very small memory footprint and is Free to use!
