SpinZip is a simple and friendly freeware application that lets you easily and quickly compres files to zip archives.

SpinZip lets you easily and quickly zip files in one of the three special methods:

- User-specified approximate size.

This method will create create something like "spanned zips" that any compression app (WinZip, WinRAR, etc) can do. However, the key difference with SpinZip is that the zips created are independent of one another unlike a normal spanned set where you need all the zips to extract the files.

- Specified number of files per zip.

- Automatically named zips based on filename.

a. Somefile.ext -> Somefile.ext.zip
b. Somefile.ext -> Somefile.zip
