They say good things come in small packages and this next tool proves exactly that. Sin Bandwidth Monitor is a tiny application that allows users to keep track of their bandwidth in real time.

Even though it is in its early release stages, you can tinker it a bit, like setup the monitoring interval in milliseconds and set it up to run on top of other Windows applications. All you have to do is press the Start button and it will display the current upload and download values. You can move it across your screen and place it in a spot most suitable to your needs.

Apart from its main monitoring function, the utility can also resolve dns to ip. This means you can find out the IP behind a certain website. Also in case you are not entirely sure what is your particular IP, Sin Bandwidth Monitor will retrieve that for you.

The utility is completely free to use and requires no installation; all you have to do is extract the contents of the archive and run the executable. It is compatible with most Windows systems provided .net framework 4.0 is installed.
