Psycho Folder is a small utility designed to automate common computer actions. It uses command line fu to encode videos, categorize and unzip downloaded files. You can configure Psycho Folder by editing the Rules.XML file.
The application lies in the system tray and can be set up to watch over a specific folder (and subfolders) and select a different rule file.
