As common and needed they are, the nowadays playlists of almost any software are still not as complete as they should be. Even if it's about video or audio playlists, the ones using them constantly will find the need to perform more complex operations engaging the playlists as well. And often, that special little thing you need to do, involving a playlist, is just not there.

Playlist-Unpacker is a small WinAmp plugin that adds extended functionalities to WinAmp's playlist.

Playlist-Unpacker's main functionality is, as its name suggests, to let you easily unpack (copy) the files in the playlist-window into a directory of your choice. This comes handy in a lot of situations, but especially if you want to burn a CD with tracks in a specific order, and if the playlist contains tracks from multiple locations.

Playlist-Unpacker comes in two languages, English and German are avaiable.

Playlist-Unpacker also features some handy additional options, such as allowing you to keep the playlist's sequence or to unpack the songs into subfolders.

It's quite useful for burning CD's or collecting songs for a mp3-player.

As it can add a prefix to the extract files, this neat plug-in is also a great solution to put your audio files in specific orders.

This tool is also really easy-to-use and it works simply great.
