PhotoResizerQt is a simple-to-use, smart and handy program that helps you quickly and easily resize one or multiple photos at once.
PhotoResizerQt also allows previewing the photos and automatically adds suffixes to the photo name to indicate the size. For example, x800 is added to a filename when a file is re-sized to 800 pixels.
PhotoResizerQt is also free.
