Photo3x2 is a simple-to-use, friendly and reliable application that provides a fast, easy and effective method to change the aspect ratio of your pictures (by cropping the picture, not by resizing or stretching the picture).

Photo3x2 supports jpg, gif, bmp, tif, wmf, png image file formats.

The application supports also batch mode processing.

Photo3x2 is also free.
