Personal Noter - light, handy and free utility that provides an easy to use environment for storing your notes.
Editor's Description
Personal Noter is a free, open source application that allows you to store notes in a comprehensive and easy to use way. It runs on top of windows, icon only uses system tray, and restores itself on system-start if previously was left opened.
You can save the the note by pressing the Control+S key combination.
If you exit/log-off from Windows with the opened noter, a link is created into Startup folder, so the application will run on restart when you left it open before.
