Open Metronome is a free, light tool that allows you to fully configure your beats using multiple instruments and visual indicators. Set the measure to any value between 4 and 1000. Open Metronome provides an easy to customize environment designed to help you practice your musical instrument.
Open Metronome is available as a portable tool, meaning it requires no installation and runs on all Windows machines.
Main Features of Open Metronome:
- User definable beats per minute;
- Measure can be set to any length, with emphasis on any beat(s);
- Each beat can be one or more of over forty MIDI voices or custom WAV samples;
- Each beat has a visual indication as well as audible output;
- Windows Mobile metronome will keep itself alive during suspend-states (but will allow the screen to be turned off to conserve power).
