Movie to GIF Converter also allows you to add over 50 effects (Add Text, Add Image, Adjust Brightness, Adjust RGB, Adjust Contrast, etc.) to the output GIF file.

Movie to GIF Converter comes with a built-in player that enables you to select the section as you view the clip. You can use this software to convert only a selected part or convert a single video file.

It also features fast speed and supports a lot of popular movie formats, such as AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2 (NTSC/PAL options for DVD, VCD, SVCD), WMV, ASF and Quick Time formats. The interface is very user-friendly and easy-to-use.

Movie to GIF Converter supports the following video formats:

- AVI: Standard AVI (uncompressed), MPEG4, DivX, XviD and more, it depends on the codec installed on your computer.
- MPEG: Custom MPEG1, MPEG2 format and NTSC VCD, NTSC SVCD, NTSC DVD, PAL VCD, PAL SVCD, PAL DVD.
- WMV/ASF: WMV, ASF, ASX and all Windows Media Video formats.
- Quick Time: Quick Time Video formats.

Minimum requirements:

- Windows 95/98/ME or Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/2003/Windows7.
- About 10 MB of disk space for installation.
