Most of the times when you want to listen to music you don't need complicated features, enhanced audio settings or other fancy stuff. All you want is to hear your favorite songs and probably also do something else like playing or working on the computer while listening. Mcool is great for that.

Mcool is a brilliantly simple audio player. This straightforward application will allow you to conveniently listen to your favorite music in a user friendly environment.

Using Mcool is a walk in the park. Right clicking in the program's interface will allow you to easily add audio files, effortlessly create playlists and quickly enable or disable shuffle while the play button is in the upper left window of the window.

Some other really cool features that Mcool will offer are the programs capability to automatically search and display the lyrics of the song that you are currently listening and its ability to schedule a computer shutdown, which will come in really handy if you enjoy falling asleep with some soothing music sounds.

The options window that Mcool provides can be accessed by pressing F1 and will display the full list of available commands and their respective hot keys, will allow you to select the folder where you want to keep your lyrics and will let you determine the file types that you want to associate with the program.

There are many advantages to using Mcool: it doesn't need to be installed in order to run, so you will be able to take it with you anywhere you go, it won't bog you down as it requires very few of your system's resources, it will not interfere with your workspace due to its transparency feature and minimizing to tray capabilities and it supports a wide array of file formats, thus enabling you to play almost any song that you have, regardless of its format.

All in all Mcool is a lightweight audio player that everyone can enjoy.
