M3U Dropper is a free, light application that allows you to create playlists in an intuitive and convenient manner. You can drop MP3 files onto the main window from either a file browser or from an online source. It features an easy to use interface with multiple select, sort options as well as a duplicate removal tool and much more.
M3U Dropper is made available in portable form meaning you only have to extract the contents of the archive and run the executable. Note that it will not alter your system registry in any way.
