LightMan Recorder is the ultimate recording-tool capable of grabbing sounds from any source including CDs, DVDs, tapes, live shows, TV, online radio, video games etc and converting them into audio files easy to be stored on your computer.
Furthermore, the app offers text-to-speech conversion featuring natural voices allowing you to listen to your text documents whenever you like and virtually turn your books into audio-books. This may come useful especially as a learning technique or when wanting to make up for the lost time while driving etc.
The program offers great freedom when it comes to the formats you can select to have your files converted to: MP3, WMA, OGG, VOX, AU, AIFF.
The fact convenience holds much importance for LightMan Recorder is rendered by how easy anyone can use it.
After configuring the settings (which is extremely easy) - the sound source, the recording quality, and volume, you can go right ahead with your recording habits. Select the format in which you want to save your audio files and hit Record CD. A system to prevent duplicate conversions is also incorporated in the program.
LightMan Recorder provides unlimited recording time and tones of features for creating audio projects. The app’s main window includes an Archive button if you want a quick view or to access the library of your recorded files; the button can also be used to remove or play recorded files in the program’s built-in media player.
LightMan Recorder’s interface is just as impressive as the program itself – clean, nice-looking with useful displays including filtering, a waveform dynamic graph of the audio file, manipulating a number of sound effects, an equalizer for sound quality enhancement and more.
