For people working with graphs on a daily basis, Microsoft's Excel Office component is essential. However at times, this tool may prove a little too cluttered in terms of functionalities when all you want is draw a simple graph. Add to that the fact that it also cost a pretty penny. What can KaPiGraf do ?

KaPiGraf is a lightweight tool with a few cool features; within a smart and intuitive graphic interface divided among its functionalities, it allows users to input their data and quickly draw graphs based on it. In includes a couple of features otherwise not present in Microsoft Excel and is completely Free.

The layout provides quick access to the program's main functions: Preview (the input data), Graph (generated graph based on your input data), transferring units and application options.

Using KaPiGraf is quite straightforward: simply open your file and its data will be displayed in the Preview tab. Specify the columns that you want present in the graph (axis X and Y for example) and press the Create Graph button. The graph itself may be subjected to different actions; you can easily move it, perform zoom, change parameters and even export (for the values or graph itself into an image file).

In terms of display customization, KaPiGraf allows users to modify all colors available within the graph.

KaPiGraf allows a choice of interface languages Czech and English. It can take up to 32000 data rows unlike Excel and is free. The application is fairly lightweight and takes very little system resources. It is compatible with multiple Windows systems including 2000, XP, Vista, 7 for both 32 and 64 bit versions.
