The IP Pig Port Scanner is a small and simple freeware tool that scans your computer for all open and closed ports and tells you what protocol or service is using that port. However it cannot open and close ports itself, but it helps you take a quick and accurate look at your ports.
IP Pig Port Scanner quickly scans for all open ports on your computer and tells you if they are closed or not. They also tell you what service or protocol is using that port at that moment in time to insure that it has not been hijacked already.
What the program DOES NOT do:
- It cannot close ports
- It cannot open ports
- It cannot remove trojans that have hijacked a port, you need an antivirus to do that
