InstantCrypt is an easy-to-use, free and yet powerful and reliable encryption software that uses the Open PGP standard to send and receive secure email, that is, it encrypts ("scrambles") your email so that only the intended recipient can read it. It can also connect easily to your previously installed email or Web mail.
InstantCrypt has been created for those who occasionally, but not always, want or need to exchange encrypted emails, for those with no or only little knowledge of encryption, and for those who want to give encryption a try.
The person with whom you exchange secure email also needs InstantCrypt or a program that uses the Open PGP standard, such as PGP or any GPG-based open-source program.
