ImageConverter is a handy freeware that helps you easily reduce the size or change the format of multiple images at once.

If you need to send pictures by e-mail or to post on the Internet, they must be compact and have rather small sizes. The graphics file formats themselves compress the data, so significantly reduce their size by using an archiver will not work. You can use PhotoShop, or Microsoft Office Picture Manager, but it's much faster to use this special program for image compression.

ImageConverter does not change the original files and processes all files in a folder and all subfolders.

ImageConverter enables you to easily reduce the size, relative to the original image and enter in the absolute frame.

It also allows you to quickly change the JPEG compression quality level.
