GeoCosm is an Open Street Map map Viewer that allows the generation of GPX files containing waypoints. Helpfull when planning Caching tours for Geocaching. It allows the conversion of GeoCoordinates in different popular formats. Uting the application is very straightforward, simply input your waypoints and view your destination. You can store multiple waypoints at the same time in your list and travel to them anytime.

Built in Java, GeoCosm is portable and only requires you to extract the contents of the archive and run the *.jar file.
