FastCipher is a very simple, small and effective freeware tool that can cipher/decipher any file with a password of 16 digits.

Its use is very convenient as it comes as a Windows Explorer right-click menu extension. Therefore, to use it:
- Locate your file with the File Explorer
- Right click on its name and chose 'Cipher' or 'Decipher'
- Type-in your password

FastCipher uses the ciphering method AES/Rijndael.
