DivFix++ - simple-to-use and reliable freeware created to repair AVI and DivX video files as well as to allow previewing the videos without index part (such as the ones still being downloaded from various networks).

DivFix++ is a great solution to easily repair AVI and DivX video files.
DivFix++ is also a free software that has started its life as a CLI "DivFix" clone. DivFix++ is able to easily repair the broken AVI file streams by rebuilding the index part of the file. This is a very useful feature for when trying to preview movies that have no index part, like the video files that are currently downloading from ed2k (eMule) or bittorent networks. DivFix++ was especially created to allow previewing video downloaded files from P2P networks.
DivFix++ supports CLI tools, which means that you can fix a file a to temporary location, preview with a player, than delete the temporary movie file after previewing automatically, via script by using argument parameters.
The DivFix++ program code supports lots of operating system, because it's written by cross-platform API, wxWidgets.
