DesktopTweet is not only small, lightweight, easy-to-use and free, but also made in such way that it's even interesting to use. The passion put by the developer in creating this little tool can be seen not only in the flawless design of the interface, but also in the fact that actually, the EULA is customized! Now really, how often do you see a software to have a customized End User License Agreement?
Well, lets get back to its functionality: uploading pictures from your screen to Twitter. You may either capture a screen area, the fullscreen or choose an image file and instantly have them taken to your Twitter status.
Usually, if you wanted to upload a picture of your screen onto Twitter, you'd have to take the picture manually, using the Windows' Print Screen function or any other stand-alone screen capture application, then crop it up in a program like Photoshop, then save it to a file, and then manually upload it to a Twitter picture service. Considering the average length and lifespan of a standard tweet, this whole process seems like quite a bit of effort!
DesktopTweet is the smart tool that saves the day when it comes to such issues. It makes this process a lot easier by automating pretty much everything related to this task!
All that's left for you to do is draw out a box of the part of the screen you want to snap (or even just grab the whole screen!), and then write out a tweet to accompany it. DesktopTweet will handle the rest.
