ContextReplace is a simple search-and-replace tool that lets you manage the file names from a folder. To do that it is enough to access the folder context menu (right-click the folder and choose "replace").

ContextReplace is really simple-to-use and also comes with some handy options.

ContextReplace is also freeware.
