Composite is a free RSS/RDF feed aggregator. It's a .NET desktop app. You will need to have the .NET runtime installed in order to run it.

Composite is a simple app. It has a page where you enter feeds, and a page where it displays the aggregated content.

The aggregator supports all flavors of RSS and RDF.
