ClipCycler is a free, easy to configure desktop application that allows users to perform multiple copy/cut/paste actions with configurable hotkeys (Similar to Visual Studio's Clipboard Ring, only globally, that is across all windows applications). You can switch between English and Hebrew characters in cases of typing in the wrong language.

Cycle forward and backwards through your clipboards via Ctrl, Alt, Shift, Win modifiers along with mouse or keyboard keys.

Main Features of ClipCycler:

- Go forward and backwards in your clipboard clips
- Swap Hebrew and English characters after typing in the wrong language
