The way BringFocus works is extremely easy. You simply select the allotted time for your task (either 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15 minutes), write a text (it's like making a commitment to yourself on how should you use this time) and then click start. The application will automatically display your message and a timer in a transparent window placed in the lower right corner of your desktop. Keeping yourself focused on the job at hand has never been easier.
If you have finished your task faster then you originally estimated or got interrupted, you can press the stop button and then BringFocus will prompt you to ask if you want to restart or actually end the countdown. Selecting not to restart the timer will automatically bring you to the main interface.
Another great feature that BringFocus provides is its capability to monitor the total time you spent on all your tasks.
This will come extremely handy when trying to calculate the total time it took for you to complete a project.
