Best Kakuro can be played with both the keyboard as well as with the mouse. The main advantage of playing this game on a computer is the fact that you can easily undo an action, ask the program to check if the solutions that you entered so far are correct or even see the entire solution.
As explained in Best Kakuro's instructions window, the rules of this game aren't complicated. The numbers that are given to you on the upper side of the diagonal represent the sum of the free cells in the right of your number, while the numbers that are written under the diagonal line represent the sum of the free cells bellow that number.
Best Kakuro will also enable you to create your own puzzles. You can easily create one using a template and simply selecting the desired level (a higher level will have more columns and rows) or manually create your own grid and input the numbers that you desire.
